The 14th District 2452 Conference brings together Rotary members from across the Eastern Mediterranean — Lebanon, Cyprus, Jordan, Armenia, Georgia, and beyond — for three days of shared service, learning, and fellowship at Beirut's iconic Phoenicia Hotel.
Held under Rotary International's 2026–27 theme: “Lead with Impact, Serve with Passion”.
Our theme “Humanity 5.0 — Advancing Together” reflects Rotary's mission in an era where technology, climate, and shared humanity intersect. Plenaries explore environment, peace-building, social impact, and the role of Rotary leadership in a rapidly changing world.

Key dates
- 21 May 2026 Cyprus 2026 booth — early-bird deposit. $100 or €100 deposit collected in person at the Cyprus District Conference. Locks in the $500 early-bird total ticket rate.
- 31 Jan 2027 Early-bird pricing closes. Registrations from this date pay the standard tier of $550.
- 28 Feb 2027 Standard pricing closes. Late registrations (1 March onwards) pay $600.
- 29 Apr 2027 Registration closes. One week before the conference. After this date, no new sign-ups are accepted — please plan ahead.
- 3–5 May 2027 Positive Peace Pioneers Symposium. Optional pre-conference event for Rotarians focused on peacebuilding — held in Beirut, just before the conference opens.
- 6–8 May 2027 The Conference. Three days at the Phoenicia Hotel, Beirut.
- 26–30 June 2027 RI Convention, Barcelona. Many attendees fly onward from Beirut to the global Rotary International Convention — bookings open via My Rotary.

A negotiated room block will be available at preferential rates for delegates; details will be shared as part of your registration follow-up.
